Cách 1:Vào regedit tìm đến đường dẫn sau

Cách 2:Dùng XP_Common Tasks

Nhập vào dòng lệnh dưới đây để tắt:

file://%userappdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop.htt
